We live in a world that really wants us to comply (by habit, by school education based on factory workers in the 18th and 19th century) to a rhythm that ISN'T natural. So we beat on boats against the current borne ceaselessly into the past - suffer burn out and exhaustion for a mere few weeks off A YEAR.
Lately, it's been my Saturn Return (in the 6th House and Aquarius), which means I'm re-evaluating my routine, my health and my work environment.
This chart based on Ayurveda, the oldest science of the world, describes the unfolding energy of each day: it helps me chart which activities work best, and untie myself from the 9-to-5 torture I think I should impose myself because... the whole society says it's what is.
