By entering this course, that we direct through Capucine, you understood subconsciously that you are not alone. And help, guidance, counselling, future-ship, mentorship, friendship, kinship, is your heart’s leisure.

When we talk of the path people usually think of a life purpose related to work. It is not. Your work is the realm that makes you enter and re-enter the community and the social space, but it could be just something else. Your purpose is to grow your heart, to grow your capacity for love, and to love your capacities for growth. You are here to love. This is why you came to this planet. Obstacles rises just to see you delve more into love and self love. It’s your purpose here: to make you grow, and accompany you on the path of love, that is growing your heart, feeling your community, adjusting your life - your inner life to the real life, and finding harmony.

As you grow your comfort zone, as you grow the stand upon which you stand. We want you to feel empowered, empowered so you follow the red thread that guides you, the compass that guides your events.

Right now, society is not really harmonious, and it’s made up of individuals that are hurt because of the way the system was created and evolved. But it’s up to you to grow and make positive influence wherever you go. Lead the way by example, you don’t need to teach anyone. Know you will find your kinship, the loving people that are supposed to be part of your life. Advance and not fear, burn the obstacles with the fire of your heart. Advance some more and know that you are not alone. In fact, we are here. Masters, teachers and loved ones of the Akashic Records.

Your guides are here. A love dimensional place whence you came from.

You have selected guides to accompany you with this life. Some of them are versions of you from another dimension, some of them are loved ones that passed, loved ones from previous lives, relations within you are here to support you. In quantum metaphysics, it is said that your guides developed every day’s possibilities and offered you the best, the reality that you are living is the best possibility out of the thousands they crash tested and experimented for you to live today.

Everything that you are living through and experimenting is the best. You are living the best. Imagine all the alternatives. Thank them and also know that you can ask for help at anytime. Ask them out loud, they are busy, they need to hear your voice.

Ask them out loud for symbols, it helps. Ask them before you go to sleep for a

dream that shows you what your subconscious is trying to tell you (Zeal Chakra).

Thank them every night and every morning. Gratitude will increase the closeness and proximity between you and them.

Make them a part of your daily life. You might meet them, hear their voice, feel their touch,

taste their message, smell their insights and finally you might see them. I met mine by feelings, by words heard and felt - but when I saw him in my dream, it shifted.

You are not alone, every information in this book will help you but it’s up to you to practice and make it a part of your life. You are so gifted, you are extremely in luck to be on this planet. Where abundance and clarity is coming for your freedom. Thank your self for having chosen to incarnate at this time. Be a warrior of the light, of the love. Be you.

That is the best thing that you can do. Find the real you, recognise your desires, where you want to advance, where you have been, what is affecting you positively and negatively. What has an effect on you and what doesn’t. Where you go, your people will find you. And love will be you. You will be love. Love will be you.

The epicenter between me and the heavens, and the core of the Earth, the symmetry

It's a highway a portal between my Highest Self, a connection, a vortice.

When you activate that you become an oracle.

We are our magnetic fields: impacted by others in ways we don’t fully take time to witness: and there’s a reason: millions of things are happening within and outside our physical body.

One of the regulators of our magnetism and electric fields is the line of chakras from the root chakra to the crown chakra. Each of them help us evolve, learn and realize our full potential in this reality.

It is most known as a seven chakra system: root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye and crown chakra.

Today I want to speak about one of the less known chakras: going above and beyond the seven chakra system (very individual themes): we jump into the chakras that are here to help us be a part of the collective.

The Thymus:

Super conscious through the zeal - now we have super conscious action and feeling:

Located between the two lungs, the Thymus Gland is a big part of our lymphatic system and produces the T cells that aid in the defense mechanism of the physical body.

Energetically : the midpoint between the Heart chakra and the Throat chakra: the feeling and the responding.

The epicenter: compassion, love, expressed, divine communication

With the Thymus we cross from personal to transpersonal: the object is the ever moving spiral of time and space and our own construct of identity:

What is the Thymus physically? Under the collar bones, the thymus gland is a physical lymphoid organ: it works on your immune system + produces hormones that help with: growth hormones and responses to viruses.

With the Zeal Chakra we started going out of the individuality per se by starting the conversation with other selves (past / parallel / future lives), now we are delving into the dialogue with the Highest Self.

Transpersonal: you will be guided to participate in external life, but take care of you first.

What is purpose: not about work, but who you are.

You are impacting, influencing others, and receiving from that impact.

Before it was mainly artists, kings and queens whose image was witnessed by the greater other, but now your online presence, and everyone can become viral / famous / visible to the world. You can touch the world and be touched by the world.

We are being trained within the world, mainstream and astrology, to stop thinking in a linear way. Even ASMR videos is recreating a flow to your brain, helping you ascend.

What is the use of activating the Thymus Chakra?

The world is a boat becoming more conscious, opening loving opening loving.

We are becoming a bridge, an oracle

A polarity, alpha and omega: it allows us to receive

It might be scary to become channelers, to lose identity

To be transpersonal: it does happen, come back to the feeling, how do you feel right now?

Even with Astro, HD, getting informations, input input input: who are you? Come back down into the clarity of the moment.

Back to the Creator image, the big blue ball, in the end, the world is all going to come back, to contract,

The game is to understand, to expand, to contract.

Thymus turquoise chakra: heart is green, throat is blue.

When we activate Thymus, we are participating in this movement. This era of Turquoise.

The thymus activated: another channel to the crown chakra

Your brain is just the address, not the box, you are always connected to the cloud.

Whales exhaust on top of head.

This new cord is at the hairline.

What is the purpose? A better connection to yourself.

Visualise turquoise, and put attention on your head, and thymus.

Feel the chords, the exchange from the sky to the middle of your crown, crossing down into your third eye, throat, shining through down into your chest, thymus.

Now vibrate your thymus by humming or singing mouth closed, let it shake, activate. Expanding your visualised turquoise light shining through, expanding around the shoulders. Feeling the sound hum go all the way to the top of your crown.

All the way to the sky, ever meeting the galaxies.

Meeting the Creator, and all the way down, up again, from the thymus to the creator.

We are going to ask our Highest Self to give us a message as the sound and connection intensifies.

Ask a question, outloud if you want, and hum until the answer is here. Let that answer, message blossoming.

Listen, don't filter it, just allow it. Accept it all the way down into your heart. Put your hands on your thymus, accept, digest, take it in. Write it down.

Big inhale, big exhale.

Keep the turquoise light within.

The Akashic Records is a vibration, a dimension where beings are recording everything that's ever been, ever will be, recording the cloud.

A second library.

Receiving answers is clearcut clarity, not always super emotional, very causal (soulful) mental perspectives, it is healing, but surprising sometimes to have very honest answers from omniscient beings.

It's a different state of being conscious, like the brain waves frequencies, alpha, theta..

The use of going there is like tarot cards, the answers will come to you the way you're known to understand. They are your guides, they know your language, all your references.
