Here we are with day 4: what is it we are affecting and shifting when we do a Reiki healing?

What is the energy body?

We are beings here in the physical, with emotional waves, mental activity and a spiritual essence: this expresses and breathes through a bipolar magnetic and electric field that looks like an apple cut down in two, the heart being the seed of the movement of the energy.

The energy goes in a cycle that renews itself along the lines of the chakras.

It is a taurus field (like a donut), and its center is where our heart and main chakras are.

That's why I put the emphasis on chakras in this class. If you'd like to know more, please read the book mentioned later in this class.

Anatomy of the Spirit by Caroline Myss is the best book to discover chakras in a grounded way in our current society.

If you'd like to experience the chakras, meditate and heal your main axis from crown to root, jump in on one of the healing programs I've offered for them (I recommend working through the seven chakras healing programs, and after Reiki School is complete, trying the transpersonal chakras workshops); yes, they are all part of this membership too.

The energy field has been described by many psychics, sometimes it differs, the following illustrations are what I really can gage on regarding the energy field workings and appearance.
