We hold on to the human self, it's good because we need to be grounded with this earth, and relate with others, and also a reactive side, to the structure, which also helps define the life, to some the structure is really helpful, to others it's traumatizing.
Within that structure there's a working algorithm, how to advance, regress, how to achieve. When we don't have that structure, it's the creation of a solution that is self invented, it might be difficult.
