Reiki School Day 29: Interconnectedness

We talked about our Taurus field, our chakras, the other chakras (check the healing programs in the School page), the transpersonal chakras (when you integrate the collective of your other lives / incarnations as well as the personal within this one body).

Now let's talk about how nothing is isolated, everything is connected.

Everything is connected.

Traditional Chinese Medicine is The GOAT at having mapped the interconnectedness of our bodies. I highly recommend studying TCM's understanding of the body through the elements.

We can obviously dive into the Meridians, a series of 12 to 14 channels of subtle energy.

They are what we work with & place needles along in Acupuncture.

Meridians have not been "scientifically proven"; they are not anatomically "present" in the physical body. But they have been the basis of healing for many modalities across centuries.

The Meridians are a bridge between physical and etheric world: here we connect the tangible body with predetermined currents of subtle energy, disseminated all along your body. Those "rivers" of your "chi" , "ki" (life force) can be blocked for many reasons, and impacting them will benefit your health.

Meridians each have a different rhythm at set hours, responding to the organs they help & support, as well as the planet Earth we exist on.

(For ie: noticing the hour you "randomly" wake up at and seeing which organ is operating can lead you to understanding what needs your attention through reiki, nutrition and more).

A good Lymphatic System Cleanse helps you move the subtle energy that remains stagnant as well as the physical lymph fluid (anatomical network of vessels disposing the "waste" product of our cells through our bodies).

I love one that goes for the face through the throat and shoulder bones, try it right here, it's very doable on your own.

(Even if you don't have a cold).

I'd recommend digging deep into the incredible Chapter 4 of Donna Eden's Energy Medicine. Here are a few screenshots so you get to experience the wonderful writing + illustrations:
